OSHA: Big News Out of the Nation's Capital in Regards

There’s big news out of the nation’s capital in regards to OSHA. The new budget from Washington, signed into law on November 2, 2015, includes an amendment (http://1.usa.gov/21gI1E9) that provides for a change in how much OSHA can fine companies. Up to this point, OSHA was exempt from increasing penalties to account for inflation.
